Ticket Finderz Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

1. Operating Airline Fare Rules

All flight reservations are governed primarily by the individual fare conditions and carriage regulations of the operating airline and consolidator partners.

Many discounted and promotional wholesale fares are sold as strictly non-refundable and non-changeable. Customers are responsible for reviewing these conditions before authorizing payment. Where a booking is sold and accepted as non-refundable, no refund will be payable in the event of voluntary cancellation once confirmed or ticketed.

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, you must notify Ticket Finderz Ltd in writing prior to your scheduled flight departure time. Telephone requests must be followed by written confirmation via email to admin@ticketfinderz.co.uk.

Failure to cancel prior to departure or failure to check in will result in the airline recording your booking as a “no-show”, which makes the ticket entirely non-refundable and forfeits all refund rights.

3. Fees and Administration Charges

• Ticket Finderz Administration Fee: Ticket Finderz Ltd charges an administration fee of GBP 50 per passenger for processing any permitted cancellation or refund request. This fee is separate from and in addition to any airline cancellation penalties or consolidator charges.
• Airline / Supplier Penalties: Charged at the operating carrier's published rate for your specific fare class.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Ticket Finderz Ltd booking, service, administration, and payment processing charges included within the total booking price are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed or the ticket has been issued. These cover fare sourcing, reservation handling, and customer care.

4. Refund Processing Timescales

Where a refund is permitted under the applicable fare rules, Ticket Finderz Ltd will process the refund only after the refundable amount has been formally approved and returned by the airline, consolidator, or travel supplier.

Refunds are dependent upon airline and supplier review timelines. While many refunds are finalized within approximately 10–16 weeks, some may take longer due to third-party investigation requirements or payment provider review procedures. Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the booking.

5. Cancellations or Amendments by the Airline

Occasionally, airlines or travel suppliers may cancel flights, change schedules, or amend services due to operational reasons beyond Ticket Finderz's control. Ticket Finderz does not have authority over airline decisions but will provide reasonable assistance in arranging alternative transportation or processing refunds returned by the airline in accordance with carrier policy.
